An hour long, full arc dance journey, from soft, ambient free-flow to hip-swaying down tempo to blissful house and bass remixes of familiar classics. My intention is to give you space to reconnect with your own heart frequency & expand your range, allowing whatever comes - expansion through contraction to expansion once again.
